With extensive experience, leads the planning and execution of both scheduled and unscheduled audit programs—whether included or not included in the Annual Audit Plan—exercising a high level of autonomy without requiring constant review of planning or results. Ensures work quality, subject to review by the manager only at specific junctures. Professional judgment requires exceptional proficiency in business processes, methodologies, and decision-making, ensuring deliverables meet formal requirements, deadlines, and executor guidance, fulfilling all work expectations. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support the identification and prioritization of critical processes for process audits and advisory services under the supervision of a delegated responsible party, maintaining compliance with internal standards and schedules to ensure independence and effectiveness of internal audits; Conduct and formalize process mapping interviews across various departments to ensure an accurate assessment of the control environment, identification of operational risks, and opportunities for efficiency; Plan audit work programs and internal control testing, ensuring audit objectives are met and effective recommendations are supported; Perform data extractions and validations from databases, safeguarding data integrity to adequately support audit work; Lead the development and validation of audit recommendations with departmental leadership, ensuring clarity and effectiveness of communication with report users; Ensure monitoring of action plans arising from audits, guaranteeing timely implementation of recommended actions and addressing potential delays; Plan and conduct activities during internal audit investigations to clarify and mitigate risk situations; Participate in functional tasks related to the department, contributing to institutional initiatives and continuous improvement of the corporate internal audit function; Be available for on-site work and travel to group units to meet audit and investigation demands; Develop automated work routines and utilize data analytics to increase audit activity efficiency; Review completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and relevance of deliverables; Facilitate technical discussions among departments to identify improvement opportunities and new operational perspectives; Conduct training sessions and keep audit procedures and practices updated, promoting best practices within the department; Create and manage reports and dashboards in Power BI, applying advanced visualizations using data from SQL, Excel, and APIs to generate strategic analyses; Develop advanced SQL queries, applying joins and aggregate functions, to derive deep insights from data; Utilize ACL for audits and detailed analysis, ensuring result accuracy and integrity; Develop simple Python scripts for process automation and data analysis, optimizing audit activities; Apply Advanced Excel with complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBA to facilitate data analysis and report generation; Carry out job responsibilities in full compliance with the organization’s occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations, as well as consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for performing job and departmental tasks; and bear responsibility for promptly informing the immediate supervisor of any activity posing a risk to one’s own health or that of fellow workers; Perform duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information; Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through organization, standardization, and cleanliness of the workplace; Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility and promptly inform the immediate supervisor of any detected issues or damage. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree; Postgraduate degree preferred; Professional experience in the field preferred. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal allowance, Food voucher, Transportation voucher, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Gympass, Edupass, Orienteme, Profit-sharing plan (PPR).
