Description

**Responsibilities:** Operate flexographic printing machines, performing setup, adjustments, quality control, and production monitoring to ensure correct printing of labels, tags, and packaging according to the company's technical and production standards. **Duties:** Prepare and adjust the printing machine Install clichés, inks, rolls, and other consumables Regulate pressure, alignment, drying, registration, and machine speed Monitor printing to ensure color quality, definition, and consistency Identify and correct defects during the process, such as smudging, misalignment, or ink variation Conduct tests and release production according to the work order specifications Control material waste Perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance Complete production and quality control records Follow safety regulations and good manufacturing practices **Required experience:** Knowledge of ink types, substrates, and clichés; understanding of machine adjustment and print registration; attention to detail and quality standards; ability to quickly resolve process issues; discipline in setup, production, and cleaning **Average experience required for this role:** 1 to 2 years **Remuneration:** BRL 2600.00 (per month) **Benefits:** Meal allowance of BRL 550.00 per month Meal voucher of BRL 35.00 per day — via iFood Breakfast provided at the company Option to bring your own lunch Unimed health plan at no cost to the employee after 3 months; group life insurance **On-site work in Louveira/SP** Compensation: BRL 2,600.00 – BRL 2,601.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Work location: On-site
