For this opportunity, you must have: Technical or undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Administration, Accounting, or related fields; Experience in generalist HR routines; Practical experience in recruitment and selection, onboarding, and interaction with accounting/finance departments; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Key responsibilities: Conduct recruitment and selection processes; support onboarding and integration activities; liaise with accounting and finance departments; monitor organizational climate initiatives (surveys and action plans); coordinate commemorative dates and internal initiatives; conduct periodic visits to units to align with leadership.
