




We are seeking a strategic Generalist professional to serve as the cornerstone of support for our employees, ensuring that all processes operate with excellence and humanity. Job Mission Ensure excellence in executing Personnel Department, Personnel Administration, Training and Development, and Labor Relations routines, acting as a strategic partner to departments and the focal point for employee support on HR-related matters. Key Responsibilities and Duties The professional will be responsible for managing and executing key processes that ensure employee development and legal compliance. * Documentation Management: Execute and monitor onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding (contract terminations), ensuring compliance with labor and social security legislation. * Payroll: Verify and validate information for payroll processing, vacation pay, 13th salary, and social charges in coordination with the Accounting/Personnel Department. * Benefits: Administer the benefits package (transportation vouchers, meal/food vouchers, health insurance, etc.), handling enrollments, cancellations, and monitoring invoices and adjustments. * Time Tracking: Manage and process electronic/manual time records, calculating overtime, absences, and tardiness for monthly closing. * Legal Compliance: Stay updated on labor and social security legislation to ensure internal processes remain compliant. * Onboarding: Lead and enhance the onboarding process for new employees (post-hiring), introducing company culture, policies, and procedures. * Performance Management: Support the execution and follow-up of Performance Evaluation cycles and organizational climate surveys. * Employee Support: Serve as the primary contact point for clarifying employee questions regarding Personnel Department routines, benefits, internal policies, and Training & Development. * Organizational Climate: Propose and support implementing endomarketing and quality-of-life initiatives to foster a positive work environment. * Conflict Management: Mediate and resolve issues and conflicts between employees and managers. Requirements and Qualifications * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related fields. * Experience: Solid experience as a Generalist HR Analyst or in specific roles within the Personnel Department and Training & Development. * Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and Personnel Department routines (vacations, contract terminations, payroll). * Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). * Familiarity with the RM TOTVS system (Labore and Chronus modules) is a plus.
