**Job Opening: Human Resources Analyst – Independent Contractor (PJ)** **Location:** Itapevi/SP **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Own vehicle required** **Compensation:** BRL 5,180.00 (PJ) – FIXED ONLY **Responsibilities** * Conduct **hiring, termination, vacation, 13th salary, and contract termination processes**; * Manage **occupational health examinations** (pre-employment, periodic, and post-employment); * Administer and keep updated **employee benefits** (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, medical assistance, among others); * Monitor **electronic timekeeping**, hour banks, and overtime; * Track **medical certificates, leaves of absence, and employee returns**; * Provide **support to employees** regarding HR and payroll-related inquiries; * Ensure **compliance with current labor legislation**; * Perform **invoicing and documentation entries and controls** related to the Human Resources area. **Requirements** * Generalist experience in the Human Resources field; * Up-to-date knowledge of **labor legislation and payroll routines**; * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills; * **Own vehicle** for business travel.
