Maintenance of HR/HR department controls and organization Construction company seeking an HR Assistant in Belém (Umarizal). **Responsibilities:** Execute and support HR department routines, including hiring, dismissals, contract terminations, and document control. Process payroll, verifying earnings, deductions, statutory contributions, and benefits. Manage vacation records, electronic timekeeping, absences, and official documents (e.g., medical certificates). Support submission of information to government agencies such as SEFIP, GFIP, FGTS, and INSS. Provide employee service, clarifying questions regarding payroll, benefits, and labor legislation. Maintain organized HR/HR department registers, files, and controls. Support preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and departmental indicators.
