Job Summary: Work on Recruitment & Selection, internal marketing, and Training & Development processes, with a focus on employee development and engagement, as well as supporting HR routine activities. Support in structuring HR routines **REQUIREMENTS:** * **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources; **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Handle Recruitment & Selection, internal marketing, and Training & Development processes; Lead internal initiatives focused on employee development and engagement; Support the structuring and organization of HR routines; Produce reports and materials using management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
