We are seeking a generalist HR/HR Administration Analyst with an analytical, organized, and responsible profile to work in HR Administration and Human Resources.

We seek an HR/HR Administration Analyst with an analytical, organized, and highly responsible profile to perform **generalist** duties across HR Administration and Human Resources routines.
**Mandatory Requirements**
* Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology, or related fields
* Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/HR Administration routines
* Knowledge of labor legislation and eSocial
* Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency
* Experience with payroll, benefits, and time tracking processes
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with the **Flash** time tracking system
* Knowledge of sector-specific collective bargaining agreements
* Experience in small or medium-sized enterprises (up to \~50 employees)
**Main Responsibilities**
**HR Administration**
* Record and verify electronic time tracking (Flash system), resolve discrepancies, and enter justifications
* Review payroll and support calculation of social charges (FGTS, INSS, Income Tax)
* Administer benefits (transportation allowance, meal voucher, food allowance, health insurance)
* Manage onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, CTPS, eSocial)
* Track vacations, leaves (medical certificates, INSS, benefits), and overtime
* Monitor labor and social security obligations, ensuring compliance with legislation
**Recruitment & Selection**
* Conduct selection processes for operational and administrative positions
* Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and align with managers
**Onboarding & Culture**
* Conduct new employee onboarding
* Introduce company culture, internal policies, and processes
**Climate & Development**
* Support organizational climate initiatives and internal marketing (events, campaigns, announcements)
* Assist managers with performance evaluations and Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
* Identify training needs and support development initiatives
Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month
