Job Summary:
This professional will be responsible for monitoring young people's attendance, conducting proactive follow-up for absentees, ensuring classroom discipline, delivering lessons, and tracking pedagogical performance.
Key Highlights:
1. Conduct in-person and/or online classes and monitor students' performance.
2. Promote the holistic development of young people through pedagogical activities.
3. Plan lesson plans and teaching materials.
**Work Schedule:** Monday and Wednesday
**Responsibilities and Duties:** Monitor daily attendance of young people and students, recording absences, justified absences, and medical certificates in official systems or forms, daily.
Conduct proactive outreach and follow-up for absent young people, including direct contact to prevent dropout, guide participants, and document interactions.
Ensure compliance with coexistence and discipline norms in the classroom—such as uniform usage, punctuality, and appropriate behavior—daily.
Represent the institution in internal and external activities, safeguarding the institutional environment—physical and digital—and institutional identity.
Communicate relevant information and guidance to learners concerning daily educational activities, daily.
Plan and develop lesson plans and teaching materials according to the educational calendar and curricular content.
Deliver in-person and/or online classes, ensuring implementation of module-specific content, daily.
Administer assessments, practical activities, and surveys to monitor young people’s and students’ performance, daily.
Record assessment and pedagogical follow-up results in institutional systems, whenever necessary.
Organize and lead complementary and socioemotional activities to promote the holistic development of young people and students, daily.
Record and document pedagogical and complementary activities for monitoring and institutional dissemination purposes, whenever necessary.
Substitute instructors in other classes or modules, as requested by educational leadership, whenever necessary.
Propose, organize, and conduct extra activities—such as lectures, mentoring, workshops, or off-site classes—to broaden young people’s and students’ training, whenever necessary.
Strictly adhere to the educational calendar, ensuring fulfillment of scheduled workload, modules, and projects, daily.
Document disciplinary and behavioral incidents, acting preventively and educationally to improve the learning environment, whenever necessary.
**Requirements and Qualifications:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, or related fields.
Experience delivering lessons.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal skills when working with young people.
Employment Type: Permanent CLT
Compensation: R$22.13 per hour
Scheduled Weekly Workload: 16 hours per week
