Participate in standard operating procedure training Job Description: * Perform cleaning, maintenance, and organization activities in the hotel’s common areas; * Ensure that environments are always clean, safe, and pleasant for guests, visitors, and staff; * Adhere to the hotel’s established quality, hygiene, and safety standards; * Contribute to excellence in customer experience through the maintenance of welcoming and well\-cared\-for environments; * Mandatory use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) – gloves, waterproof apron, mask, safety shoes, protective goggles; * Mandatory participation in standard operating procedure training for the area of responsibility, delivered via e-learning, in person, or as directed by management.
