Quality is non-negotiable. ️ What You’ll Do Develop, evolve, and scale applications with emphasis on performance, maintainability, and code clarity; Participate in architectural decisions and definition of technical standards; Lead technical initiatives and disseminate best practices across the team; Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and support the growth of junior developers; Translate product and business requirements into sustainable technical solutions; Ensure quality through testing, version control, documentation, and engineering best practices. Tech Stack & Technical Requirements Back-end Python with FastAPI (routes, Pydantic, service organization); **SQL:** CRUD, JOINs, relational modeling; SQLAlchemy (intermediate level). Front-end React + TypeScript; HTML, CSS, Flexbox, Grid; Tailwind CSS; Consuming REST APIs (Fetch/Axios); Front-back authentication flow. Infrastructure & DevOps Git (commits, branches, PRs); Docker (container execution, environment variables); Basic Linux.
