Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary client contact point, ensuring close relationships, consultative service, and clear communication. - Manage client expectations by precisely aligning scope, priorities, and deadlines. - Coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring all stages are executed and properly communicated. - Facilitate cross-functional internal workflows, ensuring each team understands the context, objectives, and deadlines of assigned tasks. - Participate in client-facing rituals such as presentations, weekly alignment meetings, and performance reviews. - Monitor project KPIs, interpret data, and generate actionable insights to support continuous improvement. - Prepare reports, alignment documents, and operational records to ensure visibility and organization. - Anticipate risks, propose solutions, and keep clients informed of any project impacts. - Contribute to improving internal client service and project management processes. Requirements: - Experience in client services, account management, or project management within agencies, consulting firms, or related fields. - Fluent English for meetings, presentations, and materials. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Time management skills and ability to handle multiple concurrent demands. - Analytical thinking for interpreting KPIs and supporting decision-making. - Organization, autonomy, and a consultative approach in client interactions. - Familiarity with project management tools such as Taskrow, Runrun, Asana, Trello, Monday, or similar platforms. - Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
