**Flexographic Printer Operator (Start Date: 01/05/2026)** We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused **Flexographic Printer Operator** to join our production team. The professional will be responsible for operating flexographic machines, ensuring color fidelity, perfect print registration, and production line efficiency, while adhering to the company’s safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities * **Setup and Preparation:** Assemble and replace photopolymer plates (Cyrel), anilox rollers, plate holders, and cutting blades. * **Machine Operation:** Operate flexographic printers, performing fine adjustments of pressure and registration. * **Colorimetry:** Prepare inks and solvents, adjust viscosity, and ensure color approval according to customer specifications. * **Feeding:** Replace rolls (input and output) and feed appropriate substrates into the machine. * **Quality Control:** Visually monitor prints during runs to identify defects, tonal variations, or substrate flaws. * **Autonomous Maintenance:** Perform daily cleaning of the machine, ink systems, and peripherals, and report corrective maintenance needs. Requirements and Qualifications * **Education:** Completed high school. * **Experience:** Proven experience operating flexographic machines. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in ink preparation and color matching. * Ability to read and interpret production orders. * Basic metrology (use of tape measure, caliper, micrometer). Desirable (Preferred) * Technical course in Graphic Arts, Plastics, or Mechanics (SENAI or equivalent).
