We seek a professional who excels in issuing invoices, managing receivables, and maintaining client relationships, directly contributing to management's result predictability and decision-making. * Issue invoices and bank slips, ensuring tax compliance. * Manage payable and receivable items, including payment clearing and reconciliations. * Conduct proactive collections and negotiate payment terms with clients. * Monitor delinquency and propose credit recovery actions. * Perform bank reconciliation of receivables. * Prepare accounts receivable reports and departmental KPIs. * Support internal and external audits with departmental documentation. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in billing and accounts receivable. * Knowledge of NF-e (electronic invoice), bank slip issuance, and collection routines. * Proficiency in Excel or advanced spreadsheets (analysis and reporting). * Experience with bank reconciliation and financial controls. * Organization, attention to detail, and focus on deadlines. * Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external clients. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, TOTVS, Protheus, Oracle, or similar). * Knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation applicable to billing. * Prior experience in medium- or large-sized companies. * Experience with performance metrics (DSO, delinquency, etc.).
