If you are solution-oriented, organized, and process-driven, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and duties** In general: * The Facilities Assistant is responsible for organizing administrative data of the Facilities department—purchase quotations, purchase requests, document storage, inventory control of supplies, as well as inspection of the cleaning schedule, among other tasks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Managing facility-related service requests; * Monitoring service request performance indicators; * Executing PCP processes (from supplier registration to protocol submission with O&D); * Focusing on continuous process improvement; * Ensuring effective inventory management and procurement of supplies, avoiding stockouts; * Liaising with suppliers and service providers to deliver effective results; * Supporting internal customers with their operational needs; * Completing and executing the operational checklist / activity dashboard to achieve departmental goals. **Requirements and qualifications** You: * Are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related fields); * Have administrative experience (6 months); * Possess basic Excel skills. It would be a plus if you: Have experience in facilities management within clinics, real estate agencies, or corporate environments. * **Additional information** Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:42–12:00 and 13:30–18:00; Work model: On-site (Araçatuba); Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws contract).
