The Soft Services Analyst is responsible for ensuring excellence in the delivery of services that directly impact employee well-being and day-to-day work life. This professional manages vendors, controls budgets, and ensures that the company’s quality and hospitality standards are consistently upheld. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Vendor Management:** Plan and oversee vendor activities related to cleaning, landscaping, pest control, waste management, specialized sanitization, and other services, ensuring a high-level user experience. * **Quality Control:** Conduct checklist-based inspections to ensure environments are immaculate and safe. * **Employee Experience:** Support the organization of internal events, ensuring the office fosters productivity and comfort. * **Financial Management:** Verify service measurements, obtain quotations, and manage payment flows (invoices). * **KPIs and Reporting:** Monitor performance indicators (SLAs) and report end-user satisfaction levels. * **Sustainability:** Monitor selective waste collection programs and initiatives to reduce disposable item consumption. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or related fields. * Experience in operational services management or corporate hospitality. * Advanced or fluent English (mandatory requirement). * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (with emphasis on Excel for cost control). Knowledge of customer service methodologies (Hospitality). Preferred qualifications: * Familiarity with ISO standards (9001 or 14001). * Facilities Management certification.
