The Hard Services Analyst is the technical professional responsible for ensuring the physical integrity, safety and operational continuity of the building. Their mission is to plan and oversee preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of complex systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), ensuring that infrastructure supports company operations without interruptions. **Key Responsibilities** * Management of maintenance contracts for infrastructure and critical systems such as: Air conditioning (HVAC), power generators, electrical substations, fire suppression systems and elevators. * Planning (PMP): Request and monitor the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Plan, ensuring suppliers comply with scheduled timelines. * Utilities Management: Monitor and implement actions to reduce electricity, water and diesel consumption. * Legal Compliance: Ensure the building holds all required licenses and reports up to date (AVCB, PMOC, PCMSO, SPDA inspections and electrical installations). * Projects and Construction Management: Oversee minor renovations, retrofits and civil installations, ensuring compliance with deadlines and safety standards (PPEs and collective protective equipment). * Data Analysis: Manage technical indicators and prepare cost and asset performance reports for the coordinator. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or in Facilities Management / Industrial Maintenance Technology * Advanced English * Solid technical knowledge of building or industrial maintenance * Mandatory proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings (AutoCAD) * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NR-10, NR-35, NR-13) * Familiarity with current legislation governing building maintenance (ABNT standards).
