Join us in digitizing the world with low-code. :) **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking an Account Executive to lead **business development within the BFSI segment (Banks, Financial Services, and Insurance)**, acting in a consultative capacity with C-level executives, IT, Digital, Innovation, Risk, and Operations teams. **For this role, your responsibilities will include:** * Defining and executing the **commercial strategy** for the BFSI segment * Developing and expanding relationships with **major accounts and financial groups** * Leading **complex medium-to-high-value sales**, with emphasis on business impact and value creation * Mapping and engaging strategic stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO, Heads of Innovation, Business, Risk, and Compliance) * Selling **services, agile squads, strategic projects, and low-code platforms** * Building **ROI-, operational efficiency-, time-to-market-, and compliance-oriented proposals** * Collaborating closely with **pre-sales, delivery, and technology partners** * Ensuring a **healthy pipeline, predictable forecasting, and commercial governance** * Representing the company in **executive meetings, strategic presentations, and industry events** **Requirements and Qualifications** **To apply, you must meet the following requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Systems Analysis * Solid experience in **enterprise B2B sales**, preferably within the BFSI market * Proven track record in **software, IT services, consulting, or agile squads** * Strong ability to **understand business contexts and solve complex problems** * Comfort and credibility when engaging with **senior-level executives** * A **consultative, structured, and value-driven profile** * Experience managing **long sales cycles and multi-decision-maker environments** * High commercial discipline, pipeline organization, and **owner mindset** **Relevant Differentiators:** * Hands-on experience with **low-code (e.g., Mendix)**, digital platforms, or legacy modernization * Prior experience at **banks, insurance companies, fintechs, or large systems integrators** * Knowledge of **enterprise architecture, APIs, cloud, security, and compliance** * Familiarity with **consultative sales methodologies** (MEDDICC, SPIN, CEP, among others) * Fluent English **Additional Information** Oh—and our job openings are open to everyone, regardless of any factor, profile, or characteristic. :) We could start by saying we’re Brazil’s leading low-code specialists—which happens to be true—but we believe the best way to introduce TrueChange to you is by highlighting what truly sets us apart: our \#wayofbeing!
