Organize internal meetings and events We are looking for an **EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT** to work with one of the leading real estate development companies in the market. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and organize executive schedules; * Prepare and review documents and reports; * Organize internal meetings and events; * Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person visitors; * Maintain and update administrative files and records; * Perform various administrative tasks as needed; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in time management and organizational skills. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Additional Information** **What We Offer** Medical Assistance; Dental Assistance; Meal Voucher or Food Allowance R$39.60 per day; Transportation Voucher; Profit Sharing Program (PLR); Market-competitive remuneration; Life Insurance; Total Pass (according to company policy). **Location, Schedule, and Other Details** This position is 100% on-site, Monday through Friday, from 8:12 AM to 6:00 PM; ### **Build the future with us!** At Eztec, we don’t just build developments—we build stories.
