Job Summary: We are seeking a Travel – Events Agent to join our team, responsible for serving clients and coordinating logistics for corporate travel and events. Key Highlights: 1. The professional will serve end customers and corporate clients, handling **quotation, reservation, issuance, and management of travel services**, as well as supporting the **logistical organization of corporate travel, events, trade fairs, and conferences**. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve end customers and corporate clients, identifying their travel needs; * Prepare quotations for air tickets, accommodations, transfers, vehicle rentals, travel insurance, and other tourism services; * Perform reservations, issuances, rebookings, and cancellations on specialized systems and platforms; * Provide consulting on destinations, itineraries, documentation, and fare rules; * Organize and monitor logistics for corporate travel and participation in events, trade fairs, and conferences; * Facilitate negotiations with airlines, hotels, and suppliers; * Draft and send commercial proposals and service confirmations; * Monitor reservation deadlines, payments, and commercial policies; * Maintain contact with clients throughout the travel process to provide support and resolve any issues; * Record and keep company system information updated; * Support the organization of group travel, corporate events, and incentive trips; * Collaborate with finance and operations departments to align reservations, billing, and payments. **Requirements** * Experience in **travel agencies or tour operators**; * Knowledge of **air ticket issuance and reservations, accommodations, and tourism services**; * Experience in **corporate travel and organizing events, trade fairs, or conferences**; * Proficiency with **reservation systems, airline platforms, and quotation tools**; * Familiarity with **fare rules, rebookings, cancellations, and travel documentation**; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Negotiation and supplier relationship skills; * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and deadline management; * Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks; * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in **Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields is preferred**); * Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and administrative systems; * Willingness to travel and provide on-site event support when required. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **corporate events, group travel, and incentive trips**; **Benefits** * Fixed salary \+ commission * Health insurance (co-payment plan); * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * English course (optional); * Meal allowance; * TotalPass; * Birthday day off.
