Technical support and preparation of non-conformance reports We are seeking an **Engineering Trainee** responsible for supervising installation services, ensuring quality and compliance with projects, specifications, and applicable Brazilian technical standards. The role involves project analysis and coordination across disciplines, material verification, on-site technical support, and preparation of non-conformance reports. **This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PwD).** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervision of services performed by installation contractors, focusing on: Quality; Compliance with Projects/Specifications; Adherence to current Brazilian technical standards. * Technical review of installation projects (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, swimming pools, solar heating, etc.), identifying errors, pending items, and deviations from standards and EZ TEC’s internal requirements; * Coordination and integration of projects across multiple disciplines; * Verification of materials for compliance with Projects and Specifications, as well as assessment of material quality; * Provision of on-site technical support; * Support to EZTEC’s Engineering team in meetings with suppliers and installation contractors; * Preparation of reports on ongoing activities, highlighting execution issues and required corrective actions. **Requirements and Qualifications** Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed in Civil or Electrical Engineering * Knowledge of Electrical and Plumbing Installations. * Desirable knowledge of Electrical Control Systems. * Familiarity with construction processes for residential, commercial, and corporate buildings. * Technical standards related to Electrical / Plumbing / Gas / Fire Protection / SDAI / Air Conditioning / Exhaust systems. **Additional Information** **Location, Schedule, and Other Details** * 100% on-site work in Moema. * Working hours: 08:12–18:00, Monday through Friday. **What We Offer:** Medical Assistance; Meal Allowance or Food Voucher: R$39.60 per day; Transportation Voucher; Total Pass (according to company policy). ### **Build the future with us!** At Eztec, we don’t just build developments—we build stories.
