Prepare and organize baseline data, considering assumptions gathered from project stakeholders. Conduct technical analyses such as Forming Limit Diagram (FLD), stress, strain, springback, surface roughness, and surface quality. Develop product and process alternatives. Create activity schedules and monitor deadlines according to project goals. Report results and progress indicators. Support technical decisions with detailed simulation and dimensional performance reports.
