Focused on delivering high-quality products and services, it serves various industries across Brazil. **Responsibilities:** Perform corrective, preventive, and scheduled maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems of industrial machinery and equipment. Conduct diagnosis, disassembly, and repair of machinery and equipment, identifying root causes of failures and replacing components when necessary. Assemble and adjust mechanical and electrical assemblies, ensuring safe return of equipment to production. Install new machinery or relocate equipment according to changes in the production process. Perform maintenance on electrical systems of machinery, including control panels, distribution panels, motors, and electrical circuits. Conduct diagnostics and repairs using electrical diagrams, voltmeters, ammeters, and specialized tools. Maintain and install electro-pneumatic components. Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), performing tests and adjustments as needed. Identify and propose improvements to machinery and equipment to reduce failures and maintenance costs. Request materials required to carry out maintenance activities. Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools, equipment, and work instruments. Comply with internal safety, quality, environmental, and occupational health standards and procedures. Previous experience as an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Electro-Electronic Mechanic, or Mechatronics Technician may indicate suitability for some activities of this position.
