Job Summary: Serve as a technical reference in electrical maintenance, supporting teams, developing training programs, providing automation system support, and participating in equipment failure analysis. Developing technical training programs for maintenance teams. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Occasionally perform emergency equipment maintenance as the technical reference for shift teams when those teams are unavailable or unable to resolve failures; * Enable technical solutions for emergency equipment incidents by analyzing information provided by the maintenance team. * Develop technical maintenance training programs for inspection and execution teams, as required; * Support supervision and inspection, planning, scheduling, and execution teams in their daily routines by acting as their technical coach; * Assist in detailing resources required for executing critical or unprecedented activities; * Provide technical oversight of services, participating in work plan development, risk analysis, area release, and interference analysis; * Monitor maintenance return-to-service testing on equipment. * Provide technical support and critical evaluation of equipment and electrical installation inspections according to relevant inspection plans and procedures, identifying equipment condition and necessary interventions—including inspections of equipment out of operation and spares stored in warehouses; * Support identification of spare parts registration or procurement needs, requesting the planner to issue purchase, manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering documents; * Participate in developing equipment lockout matrices relevant to your technical specialty. * Apply predictive maintenance techniques, where applicable, for equipment and component management; * Interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals to support inspections and execution; * Support and conduct periodic reviews of maintenance plans for equipment under your responsibility; * Support, participate in, and conduct failure analyses of equipment under your responsibility; * Evaluate, diagnose, perform preventive maintenance, and carry out software and hardware interventions on Yokogawa (Centum VP), Siemens (S7300 and S7400\), and similar systems. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed Technical Course in Electrical Engineering; * Familiarity with SIEMENS and YOKOGAWA systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of instrumentation and basic automation; * Experience in a steelmaking environment or in a petrochemical plant; * SAP familiarity; * BI knowledge (for querying); Knowledge of PIMS. * **Other Important Details:** In the “Attach Document” field, it is mandatory to attach your updated resume.
