SERENG is an engineering company specialized in Projects, Consulting, Management, Technical Support and Asset Management (Maintenance), operating in the most diverse industrial sectors! **Responsibilities and duties** * Support leadership in VPS system processes. * Ensure the health of process KPIs; * Conduct critical analysis and problem-solving meetings; * Coordinate and execute maintenance activities in medium and large-scale projects; * Define and deploy maintenance targets, continuously monitoring performance indicators; * Develop and implement maintenance plans; * Understanding of electrical systems with emphasis on Solar and AC power; * Ensure the efficiency of maintenance processes, guaranteeing that all procedures comply with established standards; * Manage service portfolio in SAP; * Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to optimize processes; * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes; * Implement problem analysis and solution tools such as A3, PDCA, Pareto, Kaizen, Ishikawa, Kanban, 5S, etc.; * Mediate conflicts between maintenance areas; * Monitor equipment and maintenance system performance using KPIs; * Guide and train Planning and Maintenance Control (PCM) and execution teams; * Participate in internal audit/diagnostic processes; * Participate in and conduct internal audits and maintenance process diagnostics; **Requirements and qualifications** * Class B driver's license * Knowledge of structured cabling (copper and fiber optics) * Knowledge of RF radio links (Intelbras, RADWin, Rajant, preferably Nokia) * Networking knowledge (Cisco Switches, configuration, routing) * Understanding of electrical systems with emphasis on Solar and AC power; **Additional information** * Competitive salary; * Life insurance; * Health plan; * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher; * Gym Pass /Wellhub.
