Handling returns and refunds Position located in Goiânia - GO; company situated on Avenida Goiás Norte, near Passeio das Águas Shopping. ##### **Requirements** ➢ Experience with marketplace-related activities. ➢ Experience with the Upseller system and verification of integration statuses with Mercado Livre, Shopee, Shein, and others. ➢ Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:50 PM. **Daily Responsibilities:** ➢ Chat support (Mercado Livre, Shopee, Shein). ➢ Order release, verification, and tracking. ➢ Printing of shipping labels. ➢ Processing and archiving of invoices. ➢ Handling returns and refunds. ➢ Other department-related tasks. **We Offer:** ➢ Fixed salary of R$2,000.00 on payroll + bonus + benefits. ➢ Benefits: meal allowance of R$15.00 per day + transportation allowance of R$10.00 per day (both without deductions). ➢ Performance/production bonus averaging R$500.00 after the 3rd month.
