




Job Summary: Manage marketplaces, monitor orders and inventory, issue invoices, inspect materials, organize inventory, and ensure timely goods dispatch. Key Highlights: 1. Goods dispatch and invoice issuance * Manage marketplaces, monitoring orders and inventory on platforms such as Mercado Livre, Shopee, and others, as well as creating and managing listings; Issue invoices, manage documents, and organize sales-related information; Receive and inspect materials, verifying quantities, descriptions, product conditions, and packaging, while cross-checking against invoices and documentation; Maintain inventory control through planning and physical counts, conducting periodic inventories and identifying restocking needs; Organize and update inventory records; Fulfill material requests, ensuring correct materials are delivered on time; Dispatch goods via freight carriers, courier agencies, and postal services; Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization, maintaining appropriate conditions for material handling and storage; * Proficiency in MS\-Office tools; familiarity with inventory control and management systems; experience operating thermal and inkjet printers.
