Join BIX Technology! **What we expect from you:** * 3 or more years of experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or backend developer with strong AI application; * 3 or more years of experience with Python; * Solid experience building AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar; * Experience with LLMs (Claude/Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini) and advanced prompt engineering techniques; * Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector), and chunking/embedding strategies; * Experience with backend development using Django or FastAPI; * Experience with Cloud platforms (preferably AWS), including services such as Bedrock, Lambda, or ECS; * Experience with Docker and Docker Compose, including usage and image building; * Strong foundation in system architecture, databases (relational and vector), and APIs; * Knowledge of SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Clean Code, and Design Patterns; * Experience with CI/CD pipelines; * Experience with agile methodologies; * Knowledge of code versioning; * Consulting mindset and strong business orientation, with the ability to understand client problems, translate business rules into technical solutions, and challenge assumptions when necessary; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings with executive stakeholders, present results, and defend technical decisions to non-technical audiences; * Advanced English proficiency. **What would be nice to have:** * Experience with systematic agent evaluation (evals) and validation against historical cases; * Experience with observability applied to AI systems (LangSmith, LangFuse, or similar); * Prior experience in finance, investments, real estate, or portfolio analysis domains; * Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in fields related to computing, engineering, or data science. **What BIX offers you:** * 100% remote work; * Online therapy and nutritionist platform; * Well-being platform; * Accelerated career path; * Direct contact with leaders of large companies; * Differentiated environment (BIX Hour, team integrations and Happy Hours, Mentoring Program, 1-on-1 meetings); * Online English classes (Cambly); * Birthday leave.
