Responsibilities and Duties: **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct competitor and market needs analyses to identify opportunities for developing new technologies. Develop and optimize new technologies through preliminary cost studies and specification suitability assessments, always aiming to meet customer requirements. Formulate and implement service marketing strategies by analyzing competitors’ market pricing for competitive positioning. Conduct market and potential customer research to support company development, identifying promising market segments to enable effective negotiations and improve corporate strategy. Develop and monitor project development schedules through periodic meetings to contribute to new project development. Develop and perform validation / inspection and testing plans for products and technologies. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (with active CREA registration) Intermediate Excel proficiency.
