Job Summary: Wareline is seeking an experienced Next.js/React developer to enhance our hospital management products, working within an agile Scrum team focused on technical excellence and UX. We are looking for a new **Wareliner** with strong hands-on experience in **Next.js**, to directly contribute to the evolution of our products while ensuring technical quality and an excellent user experience. This professional will join an agile team practicing **Scrum**, managing tasks via Jira, and actively collaborating from planning through delivery. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Developing new features and maintaining existing applications using **Next.js and React**; * Translating business requirements into **high-performance, responsive, and accessible interfaces**; * Contributing to the **organization and evolution of the Front\-end architecture**; * Ensuring best coding practices (**clean code, componentization, reusability, testing**); * Actively participating in **Scrum ceremonies** (planning, daily stand-up, review, retrospective); * Estimating tasks and user stories collaboratively with the team to support **realistic planning**; * Working with **Jira-organized tasks**, keeping the workflow up to date; * Supporting bug reduction through greater **attention to quality**; * Conducting **code reviews** and contributing to the team’s **technical growth**; * Collaborating closely with **UX/UI, Back\-end, and QA** to ensure complete deliveries. **What we expect from you?** * **Proven experience with Next.js** in real-world projects (SSR, SSG, App Router, performance optimization); * **Advanced proficiency in React**, including effective componentization and code reuse; * Practical experience with **code quality and testing** (unit and integration tests); * Experience in **code review** and defining **Front\-end standards**. **Nice to have:** * Experience with hospital ERP systems. **What Wareline offers:** * Flexible VR/VA on the CAJU card; * Health and dental insurance; * Childcare allowance for children up to 5 years old; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR) based on internal goals; * Training and development incentive programs; * Wellhub; * Birthday day off.
