We are looking for a person to work as a Mid-level CS Analyst \| Onboarding, with strong organizational, communication, and strategic follow-up capabilities for students' initial journey. More than just "saying welcome", we are looking for someone capable of: * generating security and clarity in the first contacts; * conducting onboarding in a structured and humanized way; * anticipating doubts and churn risks; * monitoring students' initial evolution and engagement; * and ensuring a positive experience from the beginning of the journey. This position has a direct impact on initial retention, student satisfaction, and strengthening the customer experience. **Requirements** -------------- * Previous experience with onboarding or customer service; * Strategic and organized profile; * Good verbal and written communication; * Ability to handle multiple services simultaneously; * Availability for daily calls; * Organization and process follow-up; * Ability to work autonomously. * **Differentiators** * Experience with digital products, education, or edtechs; * Knowledge of Octadesk and RD Station; * Experience with journey and retention analysis; * Familiarity with Customer Success operations; * Affinity with technology or international career; * Experience in high-growth environments.
