Apply now to our open positions! **Responsibilities and duties** * Lead the full CRO cycle: opportunity identification, hypothesis formulation, prioritization, test design, execution, and result analysis. * Plan, execute, and analyze A/B, A/B/n, and multivariate tests, ensuring statistical rigor (significance, statistical power, sample size) and reliable interpretation of results. * Map and document the user journey, identifying friction points, drop-off locations, and optimization opportunities across the funnel. * Define and maintain the data layer and tagging plans (measurement plans), ensuring consistent and reliable data collection. * Implement and maintain tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, and other data collection and analytics tools. * Build dashboards, reports, and analyses that translate data into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and UX teams. * Collaborate with cross-functional squads (Product, UX/UI, Engineering, Marketing) to implement test variations and prioritize the experimentation roadmap. * Promote a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making across the organization. **Requirements and qualifications** * Proven experience in CRO, experimentation methodologies, and A/B testing (design, execution, and analysis). * Proficiency with experimentation tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, Google Optimize, or equivalents). * Practical knowledge of the entire Digital Analytics stack: data collection (tagging, data layer), processing, and analysis. * Strong command of GA4 and Google Tag Manager. * Solid foundation in applied statistics for experimentation (statistical significance, confidence intervals, sample size). * Analytical ability to transform data into clear hypotheses and recommendations. * Understanding of conversion funnels, user behavior, and product/marketing metrics. **Additional information** **Differentiators** * Knowledge of SQL and familiarity with data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar). * Experience with behavioral analytics tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, FullStory, Contentsquare). * Hands-on experience with personalization and experience segmentation. * Basic knowledge of UX research and usability to enrich test hypotheses. * Familiarity with analytical/automation languages (Python or R). * Prior experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog prioritization for experiments. * Certifications in analytics, CRO, or experimentation.
