Indicator and Performance Analysis Job Mission Ensure the integrity of financial and operational information of the industrial plant, guaranteeing cost control, process audit, tax compliance, and efficiency in material management, thereby supporting strategic decision-making and the financial sustainability of operations. 1\. Industrial Cost Control * Calculate and analyze production costs of the plant (raw materials, labor, and manufacturing overhead). * Monitor variances between actual and standard costs. * Develop managerial reports on industrial costs and product margins. * Support pricing decisions and profitability analyses. * Conduct waste analysis and identify cost reduction opportunities. 2\. Operational Process Audit * Conduct internal audits of industrial plant processes. * Evaluate internal controls in production, logistics, tax, and inventory areas. * Identify operational risks and propose process improvements. * Ensure adherence to internal procedures and corporate policies. 3\. Inventory and Materials Control * Audit inbound and outbound processes for raw materials, supplies, and finished goods. * Validate inventory movement records in the ERP system. * Monitor physical and cycle inventories. * Ensure inventory accuracy and correct accounting of movements. 4\. Tax and Accounting Compliance * Monitor tax processes related to material movements. * Validate proper tax and accounting classification of plant operations. * Support external and internal audits. * Ensure processes comply with applicable legislation and company policies. 5\. Indicator and Performance Analysis * Develop and monitor financial and operational indicators of the plant. * Prepare dashboards and managerial reports for senior management. * Support budgeting and forecasting activities. * Evaluate the financial performance of the production unit. 6\. Process Improvement * Map financial and operational processes of the plant. * Propose improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risks. * Implement internal controls and procedural standardization.
