Description

Dynatest Engenharia is seeking a professional to coordinate the technical, administrative, and operational aspects of engineering consultancy contracts, ensuring compliance with the contractual scope, deadlines, technical quality, and legal obligations toward the client. The role entails direct interface with the client, coordination of multidisciplinary technical teams, monitoring of deliverables (products, reports, and measurements), schedule control, and support for contractual management—contributing to the sound execution and performance of the contract. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate technical teams and specialists assigned to the contract; * Plan, monitor, and validate technical deliverables and reports; * Serve as the primary contact point for the client and regulatory agencies; * Monitor schedules, performance indicators, and contractual deadlines; * Support administrative contract management (measurements, addenda, claims, and formal communications); * Ensure adherence to the tender documents, Terms of Reference, and the contract; * Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and contract management. **Educational Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering (Civil, Transportation, Production, or related fields); * Postgraduate qualification or specialization in Project Management, Infrastructure, Transportation, or Public Administration will be considered an advantage; * Knowledge of Project and Construction Certification processes will be considered an advantage. **Skills and Requirements:** * Proven experience coordinating or managing highway or railway infrastructure contracts; * Experience with public contracts (DNIT, INFRA S.A., DERs, state-owned enterprises, or concessionaires), preferably within the State of Goiás; * Knowledge of Project and Construction Certification processes will be considered an advantage. * Leadership and multidisciplinary team coordination capabilities; * Strong written and verbal communication skills (reports, minutes, official letters, and meetings); * Organizational skills, systemic vision, and sense of priority.
