Provide courteous service to customers **Job Description** Responsible for driving company vehicles to perform deliveries, pickups, and transportation of materials and equipment, ensuring timely execution, product integrity, and courteous customer service. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Drive station wagons and motorcycles in compliance with traffic regulations and company policies; * Perform deliveries and pickups of materials at customers', suppliers', and/or internal units' locations; * Verify invoices, orders, and quantities during loading and unloading; * Ensure the integrity of transported products by guaranteeing appropriate packaging; * Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and in operational condition; * Report incidents, delays, or route-related issues; * Assist with loading and unloading when necessary; * Provide courteous customer service, representing the company positively. **Requirements:** * Valid driver's license compatible with station wagons and motorcycles * Proven experience as a driver/delivery person (preferred); * Basic knowledge of routes in Fortaleza and the Metropolitan Region, and navigation apps; * Familiarity with merchandise and document verification; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Responsibility and commitment; * Organization and attention to detail; * Agility and proactivity; * Good interpersonal skills. **Working Conditions:** * Schedule: 09:00 \- 12:00 \- 13:30 \- 18:00, Monday to Friday * Benefits: Transportation allowance \+ Meals provided at the company.
