**Senior Controller Consultant** **Valinhos/SP \| Hybrid Model** **About Voilier:** Voilier is a strategic consulting firm specializing in tax and corporate advisory services, with strong expertise in projects related to Tax Reform. We seek professionals who wish to work analytically, closely with clients, and with a business-oriented mindset, actively contributing to companies’ adaptation to Brazil’s new tax landscape. **Position Purpose:** Work within the Advisory Controller team, focusing on cash flow, pricing, and cost analysis, supporting clients (especially manufacturers) in financial structuring and alignment with the context of Tax Reform. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support cost studies and pricing structure development * Evaluate financial impacts of Tax Reform * Adapt cash flow and pricing models to the new tax environment * Participate in technical meetings with clients (online and in-person) * Conduct on-site client visits * Support internal teams with controller-related requests **Requirements:** * Prior experience in controller functions * Solid experience with cash flow management * Knowledge of cost structures and pricing formation * Basic tax knowledge (especially indirect taxes) * Analytical and proactive profile * Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with clients **Important Differentiators:** * Experience working with manufacturing companies * Knowledge of or interest in Tax Reform * Availability for on-site client visits * Personal vehicle (expense reimbursement policy available) **Work Model:** Base: Valinhos/SP Hybrid model Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM **Benefits:** * Meal/Voucher Allowance – BRL 31.00 per day * Unimed Health Plan (after probation period) * Uniodonto Dental Plan (after probation period) * Day Off * Incentives for courses and professional development * SESC partnership **Profile We Seek:** We are looking for a dynamic professional with strategic vision and the ability to propose improvements.
