Job Summary: The professional will lead CAPEX procurement processes and medium-to-high complexity service contracting, defining and implementing sourcing strategies. Key Highlights: 1. "This position is also open to persons with disabilities or rehabilitated individuals." **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead CAPEX procurement processes and medium-to-high complexity service contracting, from demand initiation through formalization of the contract; * Define and implement sourcing strategies for each contracting process, considering supplier market conditions, contractual models, risks, and competitiveness; * Operate based on scopes defined by requesting departments, performing critical review, questioning, and commercial validation—without assuming technical responsibility for the scope; * Structure and manage competitive bidding processes (RFP, RFQ, and BID), ensuring fairness, traceability, and compliance with Procurement policies; * Evaluate commercial and financial proposals jointly with technical validation by responsible departments; * Conduct complex commercial and financial negotiations, focusing on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), cost breakdown, payment terms, and risk mitigation; * Negotiate commercial and financial contract clauses in coordination with Legal, including pricing, adjustments, guarantees, penalties, SLAs, and billing milestones; * Support definition of optimal contracting models for CAPEX and services, aligned with the nature of the demand; * Ensure compliance with Procurement policies, procedures, workflows, and approval authorities; * Guarantee proper formalization of contracts, including contracts, purchase orders, and system records; * Monitor portfolio performance indicators under responsibility, including savings, cost avoidance, and risks; * Act in a consultative capacity with internal stakeholders, supporting strategic contracting decisions; * Provide technical support to less experienced purchasers, as required; * Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement, governance, and contract management processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Advanced Excel skills; * Knowledge of Power BI. **Additional Information** Please see our benefits below: Unimed National Health Plan (ward or private room); AMIL Dental Plan (basic, intermediate, and executive tiers); Meal Voucher or Company Restaurant; Food Allowance; Scholarship Program (subject to policy and eligibility); Discounts with educational institutions; Pharmacy Benefit Program; Life Insurance; Christmas Bonus; Pregnancy Support Program; Pet Day; Commemorative Gifts; Wellhub/Gympass; Wellz (Mental Health Benefit).
