Proactive, competitive, and persistent profile (Hunter) **Collections Consultant – Hunter Profile (On-site – Penha/SP)** Cartão de Todos – Penha Unit We are strengthening our collections team and looking for a professional with an active, communicative, and highly results-driven profile. Here, collections is strategy — it’s revenue recovery with emphasis on retention and portfolio maintenance. **Main Responsibilities:** – Make outbound calls to delinquent customers – Negotiate agreements and recover outstanding monthly payments – Manage the assigned customer portfolio, monitoring history and retention opportunities – Focus on reducing cancellations – Track daily recovery goals and KPIs – Update records and organize portfolio controls **Candidate Profile:** – Experience in active collections or telemarketing sales – Hunter profile: proactive, competitive, and persistent – Strong negotiation skills – Goal-oriented with focus on delivering results – Organized and disciplined – Emotional intelligence **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM On-site – Penha/SP **Compensation and Benefits:** Fixed salary: R$ 2,100.00 Performance-based commission (uncapped, based on results) Meal allowance: R$ 31.00 per day Transportation voucher Dental assistance Birthday Day Off Job Type: CLT (Permanent) Pay Range: R$2,000.00 – R$2,100.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * What is your income expectation?
