**Cloud Infrastructure Analyst** --------------------------------------- ### **Description** Administer, monitor, and optimize cloud infrastructure environments, ensuring service availability, performance, security, and continuity. The professional will be responsible for overseeing the company’s technological resources and customer environments, proactively identifying risks, handling incidents, and implementing improvements. ### **Responsibilities** * Administer and monitor servers, services, databases, and other resources in cloud environments. * Plan, deploy, and configure cloud infrastructure environments according to the technical requirements of each project. * Perform configurations, updates, and preventive and corrective maintenance on infrastructure. * Monitor resource availability, performance, capacity, and consumption. * Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure-related incidents. * Configure and oversee backup, restoration, and disaster recovery routines. * Manage access, permissions, security policies, and identity controls. * Support the deployment, publishing, and updating of systems and applications. * Configure and manage networks, VPNs, firewalls, DNS, digital certificates, and other connectivity services. * Support management of Windows and Linux environments. * Document configurations, procedures, incidents, and changes made to environments. * Collaborate with Development, Support, Projects, and vendor teams for problem diagnosis and resolution. * Analyze cloud resource costs and usage, identifying optimization opportunities. * Propose improvements related to availability, automation, security, performance, and scalability of environments. ### **Education** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. ### **Requirements** * Experience administering infrastructure and cloud environments. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure. * Knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration. * Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, and digital certificates. * Experience with environment monitoring, log analysis, and incident handling. * Knowledge of backup, restoration, and business continuity routines. * Basic understanding of information security, access management, and environment protection. * Familiarity with databases and application servers. * Proficiency with digital technologies and tools, plus ability to quickly learn new systems. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills, responsibility, analytical ability, and attention to detail. * Availability to handle critical situations and pre-scheduled interventions when required. ### **Profile We Seek** We seek a committed, responsible, and collaborative individual with analytical thinking, initiative to solve problems, and the ability to act in an organized and agile manner during critical situations.
