A national HR solutions company focused on recruitment and selection across all levels and sectors, operating in multiple Brazilian states through partnerships. **Responsibilities:** Organize and supervise teams responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and yard organization, managing materials, schedules, and task distribution to ensure organization, hygiene, and full functionality of the company’s external areas and facilities. Control inventory of supplies, monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations, and ensure correct execution of operational activities. Support coordination by serving as a liaison between operational staff and management. Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Cleaning Coordinator, Cleaning Team Leader, or Cleaning Manager may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
