Job Summary: MTO, a restaurant unit management company, is seeking a Cleaning Assistant to perform cleaning and organization of utensils and premises. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive training provided 2. On-site meal 3. Cash-based basic food basket **About Us:** We are MTO, the company responsible for managing the O Matuto Fogo \& Mar and O Matuto Expressa units. Currently, we manage 19 units across the state — including 4 Fogo \& Mar units in Campinas and 15 Expressa units distributed throughout the region and state capital. MTO is passionate about great food and motivated to deliver and share wonderful moments! **Position: CLEANING ASSISTANT \- PIERO** Location: O Matuto Expressa Delivery **Your Daily Menu:** Wash/clean plates, cutlery, bowls, and glasses. Clean kitchen utensils at the sink using scrub pads, water, and detergent whenever necessary for reuse. Scour aluminum pots and utensils with sponge and cleaning agent. Mop the entire store floor and wipe it regularly during working hours to keep it clean. At the end of the shift, mop the cleaning area floor by lifting the raised platform. Empty all trash bins in the store, replace trash bags, and carry the trash to the shopping center’s dumpster at the end of the shift. **Ingredients We’re Looking For:** Flexible availability regarding working hours.
