Description: * Completed high school education. A technical course in Mechanics, Electrotechnics, Chemistry, or related fields is considered a plus; * Must reside in: Salto de Pirapora, Sorocaba, or Votorantim; * Basic Microsoft Office package proficiency; * Availability to work flexible hours. * Operate the production control panel for raw mills, cement mills, coke mills, and others, controlling equipment and processes, identifying deviations and incidents, with the objective of performing necessary interventions according to established standards; * Perform calculations to correct raw material dosage, in coordination with the Quality Control department, implementing required adjustments; * Monitor the production process, controlling and analyzing products under manufacture and finished products, adhering to defined parameters and specifications to ensure compliance with established quality standards; * Monitor quality control results to identify potential deviations that could compromise final product quality; * Monitor alarm systems for process variables, performing required adjustments via control panel or field operations, aiming to maintain plant physical integrity and product quality; * Interpret actions from the production control system for grinding and kilns, updating operational parameters when necessary; perform equipment checklists to identify anomalies, requesting and monitoring any required repairs; * Conduct tests on repaired production equipment to release them for operational use; record field incidents and abnormalities to maintain updated control documentation for tracking and management; * Carry out activities in accordance with predefined safety, quality, and environmental standards to support the company in achieving its goals. 2512190202551927690
