So, are you ready to become a TSM? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage private label projects; * Identify category opportunities, collect data and trends, prospect and evaluate suppliers; * Develop project timelines, build business cases (cost, taxes, freight, NCM, importation, suggested retail price, and potential volume); * Support creation teams in packaging development, validate and approve with stakeholders; * Create launch campaigns and monitor the product’s first months in the portfolio, including promotional and communication campaigns; Support Creation, Planning, Procurement, Pricing, Trade, and Category Management teams. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Basic Excel skills; * Experience managing private label brands; * Experience developing briefings; * English or Spanish proficiency preferred. **Additional Information** Department: Category Management \| Private Label Work Model: Hybrid Opportunity available for units in São José/SC, Blumenau/SC, and Curitiba/PR Here, people come first That’s why our benefits are designed to promote **well-being, development, and quality of life**.
