The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving our vehicles with maximum safety and efficiency, as well as managing passenger fare collection. If you are a committed individual who values punctuality and possesses outstanding public service skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you! ### **Responsibilities:** * Operate buses in compliance with traffic laws and internal company regulations; * Receive and assist passengers courteously and attentively; * Collect fares and issue tickets when necessary; * Maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition; * Adhere strictly to scheduled timetables, ensuring route punctuality; * Proactively and helpfully address passenger needs; * Maintain positive interpersonal relationships with coworkers and other staff members. ### **Requirements:** * Valid Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) Category D or E; * Passenger Collective Transportation Course; * Proven experience as a bus driver; * Enjoy working with people and be capable of handling situations involving diverse passengers; * Knowledge of traffic legislation and passenger transportation safety regulations; * Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, maintaining courtesy and respect when interacting with passengers and coworkers; * Be organized and responsible, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, according to the assigned work schedule. ### **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance – R$1.340,00; * Food Basket; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Partnership with SEST/SENAT; * Opportunities for professional growth.
