Maintain a clean and organized workplace We are seeking a professional to work in the bakery department of a supermarket chain, supporting the production of bread, pasta, confectionery, and other fresh items. The role requires attention to processes, careful food handling, and consistent collaboration with the team to ensure quality and efficiency in meeting daily demands. **\- Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare doughs, bases, and confectionery products (cakes, bread, pies, and desserts) according to recipes and departmental instructions; * Operate rollers and other equipment to achieve appropriate texture and shape; * Package and label products according to internal codes and company standards; * Sort, organize, and dispatch products for storage in cold rooms or distribution; * Place daily orders for supplies and retrieve products from cold rooms for preparation; * Monitor and record non-reusable products; * Ensure correct product identification (price, expiration date, origin, and composition); * Maintain a clean, organized workplace compliant with safety and hygiene regulations; * Report to leadership any need for equipment or facility maintenance; * Participate in training sessions and support the integration of new team members. **\- What do you need to apply?** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in food production, baking, or confectionery; * Basic knowledge of good food handling practices; * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays; * Communicative, committed, and organized profile, with ease working in a team.
