Come write history with us! \#**WeAreVitus** \#**ForALifeWithoutPain** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:** * Contact physicians and patients to inform authorization status when necessary; * Submit authorization requests; * Daily monitoring of pending authorization reviews; * Complete authorization request forms; * Digitize documents and submit them to health insurance providers; * Provide support to health insurance providers; * Schedule first-time appointments for assisted therapy patients. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of authorization processes; * Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office suite. **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience in clinics, hospitals, or medical offices; * Knowledge of Assisted Therapy (immunobiological medications); * Familiarity with Tasy. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Botafogo **Working Hours:** 44 hours/week — Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Benefits:** Meal/Voucher Allowance, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Total Pass, and Transportation Allowance Vitus Group was founded in 2019 with the goal of expanding our way of caring for and valuing our patients’ health, driven by the purpose of creating**an active and pain-free Brazil.** We comprise brands with over 45 years of experience in healthcare.
