RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Responsible for patient service; Follow established scripts to ensure standardized and effective service; Receive, welcome, and understand the needs of patients and physicians; Accurately and systematically perform patient registration, appointment scheduling, and sector cash financial control; Monitor operational indicators, ensuring achievement of established targets and continuous improvement of service quality. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Completed high school education; Experience in healthcare service; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
