Our selection process is now fully digital—you can complete it from anywhere. **What are the job responsibilities?** Perform technical construction supervision throughout the entire project lifecycle—from the engineering phase through construction execution, as-built documentation, and contract closure—ensuring compliance with the executed design, providing technical support to field teams, identifying deviations and opportunities, and proposing agile technical solutions to ensure construction quality, safety, schedule adherence, and cost control, with a designer’s perspective aligned with actual site conditions. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering. Willingness to be accommodated by the company in any region of the country. **Preferred Qualifications:** More than 3 (three) years’ experience as ATO **in wind energy projects with civil engineering project experience**. **In your day-to-day, you will:** * Participate in integration meetings with the Head Office Engineering Department (matrix structure) to understand contractual conditions, especially technical annexes, responsibility and risk matrix, project schedule, and draft contract; * Assist the Head Office Engineering Department (matrix structure) in hiring designers; * Prepare a list of required documents with issuance dates to meet the milestone date for project release agreed upon with the Planning Department; * Organize the “Engineering Kick-off” meeting with the designer and subsequently with the client; * Receive training on document management platform usage; * Evaluate and propose revisions, if necessary, to the assumptions spreadsheet developed during the budgeting phase for execution design preparation, in agreement with hired designers; * Monitor and control issuance, revision, and approval timelines for designs with designers and the owner’s engineering team; * Conduct critical analysis of issued designs to ensure compliance with applicable technical requirements and standards; * Suggest optimizations to issued designs to reduce costs and improve constructability; * Coordinate engineering workflows by uploading documents to document management platforms (Dois A platform and Client platform) and forwarding the client/EP’s evaluation to the designer; * Participate in project progress meetings with the client and consultants (strong assertive communication, resilience, conflict resolution ability, and analytical thinking are essential); * Assist in contracting and supervise execution and delivery of geotechnical testing, while technically evaluating whether test results align with engineering solutions defined during the budgeting phase; * Collaborate with the Planning Department on replanning efforts to meet site needs; * Monitor issuance and on-site distribution of approved execution designs; * Prepare and obtain approval for SAPs (Project Change Requests) with the Owner’s Engineering Department, including preparing supporting designs and reports for SAP documentation; * Coordinate, evaluate, and submit to the client as-built designs developed by third parties; * Monitor schedule and cost performance indicators for engineering solutions against the baseline budget design; * Proactively resolve engineering-related unforeseen events by proposing technical solutions that minimize impacts on schedule and cost; * Ensure physical execution strictly adheres to the execution design assumptions, collaborating with the Quality Department to authorize critical stages through detailed inspections to identify any necessary adjustments before official project completion; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **What do we offer?** Competitive salary commensurate with the role and additional benefits. *Together, with innovation, dedication, and commitment, we will build the future!* **Location****Employment Type****Work Model** Tianguá, CE, BR Permanent CLT On-site
