Job Summary: Professional responsible for accounting and tax reconciliations, supporting inspections and audits, and ensuring compliance with tax and financial obligations. Key Highlights: 1. Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. **Brief Description of Responsibilities:** * Perform accounting and tax reconciliations, validating entries and implementing adjustments when necessary, ensuring correct expense allocation and adherence to internal policies. * Support and accompany inspections (Federal Revenue, Municipal Government, regulatory agencies) and internal/external audits, organizing documentation, providing clarifications, and directing matters to the Controller's Office. * Receive tax inspectors and auditors, verifying credentials, understanding the scope of the request, and ensuring proper handling flow per company guidelines. * Ensure fulfillment of tax and ancillary obligations, monitoring deadlines, risks, and potential contingencies. * Analyze tax documents (NF\-e, NFS\-e, contracts), validating correct tax incidence and alignment with the operational classification. * Support analysis of the accounts payable portfolio, identifying inconsistencies, tax risks, and opportunities for process improvement. * Monitor and validate financial processes related to: * Payments and write-offs * Bank reconciliations * Control of balances and petty cash * Offsets and accounting entries * Support supplier registration analysis, focusing on tax compliance and risk mitigation (including distinction between operational and investment suppliers). * Support execution of internal audits, including: * Identification of non-conformities * Proposal and follow-up of action plans * Ensure adherence to company policies, including: * Internal procurement and payment procedures * Segregation between CAPEX and OPEX * Collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring correct application of tax and financial processes. * Perform other related duties as directed by the Controller's Office. **Education:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields **Experience:** * Prior experience in tax/accounting routines * Experience with tax obligations and reconciliations * Preferred: Experience in hospitality or companies with high transaction volumes **Technical Knowledge:** * Tax legislation (municipal, state, and federal) * Accounting reconciliation * Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate/Advanced Excel) * ERP systems (TOTVS preferred) * Preferred: Knowledge of Opera / Simphony / USALI **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical rigor and attention to detail * Process organization and discipline * Sense of urgency with accountability * Strong communication and ability to interface across multiple departments * Firm posture on compliance and control matters * Ability to work under pressure **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with audits (Big Four or similar firms) * Knowledge of IFRS / CPC standards * Experience in environments with segregation between operations and investment * Experience in process implementation or structuring **Employment Type & Benefits:** * Employment Regime: CLT * On-site work; * Working hours: 08:00 to 17:48; * Work schedule: 5X2 \- Administrative; * Health insurance; * Group life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher; * Service charge (tips); * Uniform; * Special rates for using the company’s accommodation and outlet services. **\*\*FRAUD ALERT\*\*** Dear Candidates, We are aware that certain individuals, acting in bad faith, have impersonated recruiters and are offering employment contracts on behalf of TIVOLI MAIORANA BELEM PARA and SEEN BELEM.
