




We are seeking an HR Assistant to support departmental processes and ensure accurate transmission of information to the accounting department. We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in HR, an organized profile, strong engagement, proactivity, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. **Key Responsibilities** * Submit information to the accounting department, including timekeeping records, new hires, vacation requests, terminations, salary/work schedule changes, leaves of absence, and other relevant events. * Verify documentation and accounting reports, such as payroll registers, pay slips, vacation records, termination settlements, statutory charges, and necessary adjustments. * Manage timekeeping records: absences, tardiness, overtime bank, medical certificates, INSS-related leaves, and reintegration. * Organize documents including employment contracts, medical reports, spreadsheets, benefits records, training materials, disciplinary warnings, and employee history files. * Support managers by clarifying questions and ensuring HR policies and procedures remain effective, providing general support for people management. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a Human Resources or related field degree program; * Prior experience in HR routine tasks, timekeeping software, or benefits administration; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively within a team; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
